Basic Requirement: 4-year baccalaureate degree

Submit duly accomplished application form that can be downloaded from the internet, acquired in person or in writing from the following:

Accompanying Documents for all applicants:

1. Original copy of all transcripts of records
2. Two letters of reference from former professors, colleagues or supervisors
3. Certified true copy of diploma from school/university registrar
4. Copy of Birth Certificate (show original for verification)
5. Copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable, show original for verification)
6. 3 passport size photographs on plain white background signed at the back (one attached to application form)
7. Application fee

Additional Requirements for foreign applicants:

1. Copy of the diploma and original transcript of records from the school or university where graduated should be authenticated by the Philippine embassy/consulate in the country of citizenship.
2. Photocopy of passport where name, photo, birthday, birthplace and entry to the Philippines appear (show original for verification)
3. Short autobiography (100 words) in English.
4. Foreign students’ fee

Upon admission to the graduate program, the applicant will receive a letter of acceptance from the dean. This letter shall be presented by the student to the registrar during the enrollment period.

For foreign students, this letter shall be presented to the Philippine embassy/consulate in their country of origin or residence so that a student visa can be issued for entry to the Philippines. Additional requirements for visa application shall be acquired from the Philippine embassy/consulate.
Applicant can also opt to apply for a student’s visa upon arrival in the Philippines. Inquiry as to requirements shall be done at the Philippine embassy/consulate in the country of origin or residence.

All graduate students will undergo an interview and a psychometric test to be determined by the Graduate School.
