Admission Requirements

The applicants should be at least 5 feet tall for both male and female.
  1. Applicant must have his height measured by the evaluator and submit the following requirements to the evaluator:

  1. If still a high school candidate for graduation:
    • High school grade from 1st to 3rd grading period of the 4th year level duly signed by the principal/registrar with school dry seal (original and 2 photocopies)
    • Certification from high school principal that he/she is one of the candidates for graduation of the current year and of good moral character (original and 2 photocopies)
    • NSO Birth certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
    • ID picture - 3 pieces - 2 x 2 colored
    • 1 Long Brown envelope
    • 1 Long Folder

  2. If already a high school graduate:

    • High school card duly signed by the principal with stamped "GRADUATED/PROMOTED and CAN ENTER COLLEGE". Original and 2 photocopies.
    • Certification of good moral character duly signed by the principal/registrar with dry seal, original and 2 photocopies
    • NSO Birth certificate (original and 2 photocopies)
    • ID picture - 3 pieces - 2 x 2 colored
    • Brown envelope - Long
    • Folder – Long

  3. Transferee:

    • Transcript of Records (Original and 2 photocopies)
    • Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal Certificate
      (Original and 2 photocopies)
    • Certification of Good Moral Character (Original and photocopy)
    • Course of Description (Original and photocopy)
    • NSO Birth Certificate ( Original and photocopy )
    • 2x2 Pictures (3 pieces white background)
    • 1 Long Brown Envelope
    • 1 Long Folder

  1. Applicant waits for the result of his credential evaluation
  2. If accepted, applicant shall pay the corresponding application, processing and examination fees to the cashier (Admin. Bldg. 2nd Floor)
  3. Applicant presents his official receipt to the processor.
  4. Applicant fills up the admission application form and submits the papers to the processor.
  5. Applicant shall get the examination permit and instructions regarding the entrance examination.
  6. Result of Entrance Exam and further instruction from the Admission Committee will be posted on a specific date as written on the brochure.

Jan. 8 & 22, 2012 (Saturday)
Feb. 12 & 26, 2012 (Saturday)
Mar. 11 & 25, 2012 (Saturday)
Apr. 8 & 22, 2012 (Saturday)  
 

March and April exam will push through provided slot are still available.
