For First Year
Admission Requirements
The applicants should be at least 5 feet tall for both male and female.
- Applicant must have his height measured by the evaluator and submit the following requirements to the evaluator:
- If still a high school candidate for graduation:
- High school grade from 1st to 3rd grading period of the 4th year level duly signed by the principal/registrar with school dry seal (original and 2 photocopies)
- Certification from high school principal that he/she is one of the candidates for graduation of the current year and of good moral character (original and 2 photocopies)
- Birth certificate with registry number (original and 2 photocopies)
- ID picture – 4 pieces – 2 x 2 colored
- Brown envelope
- If already a high school graduate:
- High school card duly signed by the principal with stamped “GRADUATED/PROMOTED and CAN ENTER COLLEGE”. Original and 2 photocopies.
- Certification of date of graduation with number of graduates
- Certification of good moral character duly signed by the principal/registrar with dry seal, original and 2 photocopies
- Applicant waits for the result of his credential evaluation
- If accepted, applicant shall pay the corresponding application, processing and examination fees to the cashier (across the street)
- Applicant presents his official receipt to the processor.
- Applicant fills up the admission application form and submits the papers to the processor.
- Applicant shall get the examination permit and instructions regarding the entrance examination.
- Result of Entrance Exam and further instruction from the Admission Committee will be posted on a specific date as written on the brochure.
