University Health Service

The UERM Memorial Medical Center maintains Medical and Dental Clinics for students of UE-Manila, UE Caloocan and UERM through the Infirmary under special arrangement. The facilities of UERM Memorial Hospital are available to the entire student population of the University as stipulated hereunder.

Students are entitled to the following for the period covered by their registration as bonafide students:

Clinic Benefits

A. Free:

1. Consultations with the staff of the Clinics and Infirmary

2. First Aid treatment

3. Routine physical examinations including chest x-ray when indicated

4. Wound dressing and Incision of Drainage

5. Follow-up injections after the medicine has been approved by clinic and infirmary physician

6. Routine laboratory procedures such as blood count, urinalysis and feces examinations when requested by the clinic physician, will be done free of charge at the Laboratory Department of the UERM Memorial Hospital, if requested by the Infirmary Physician

B. At Reduced Cost:

1. Special laboratory examination will be charge at prevailing rates in the Hospital with a discount of 20% when requested by the Infirmary Physician.

2. Special diagnostic procedures such as EKG, EEG, BMR, GI Series proctoscopy, etc will be done at 20% discount as requested by Infirmary physician.
