- Free Medical Journals - Dedicated to the promotion of free access to medical journals over the Internet.
- Institute of Human Genetics - Genetic services and researches of the "Institute of Human Genetic"
- Journal of Korean Medical Science - The Journal of Korean Medical Science (JKMS) is an international, peer-reviewed bimonthly journal of medicine published in English. It aims to publish evidence-based, scientific research articles from various disciplines of the medical sciences.
- PLoS Biology - Peer-reviewed open-access journal featuring research articles of exceptional significance in all areas of biological science, from molecules o ecosystems.
- PLoS Pathogens - Open-access journal that publishes important new ideas on bacteria, fungi, parasites, prions, and viruses that contribute to our understanding of the biology of pathogens and pathogen-host interactions.
- PubChem - Free database of chemical structures of small organic molecules and information on their biological activities.
- PubMed Central - Free digital archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature.
- Springer - Offers free access to research articles on swine flu or Influenza A(H1N1).

CDC serves the national focus for developing and applying disease prevention and control, environmental health, and health promotion and education activities designed to improve the health of the people of the United States.

Google Scholar - Provides a search of scholarly literature across many disciplines and sources, including theses, books, abstracts and articles.
- HERDIN Neon Health Research and Development Information Network - Specialized network of documentation and information centers engaged in health research and development activities. Herdin hosts electronic collection or database of bibliographic entries of published and unpublished health researches in the Philippines in cooperation with other member-institutions.
- LibraryLink - One-stop resource center for Filipiniana resources. It aims to provide one search engine or point of entry for researchers and students who are doing research on Filipiniana.
- Western Pacific Region Index Medicus (WPRIM) - is a project of the WHO Western Pacific Regionl Office in collaboration with several institutions in its Member States. This is the Region's contribution to the Global Health Library (GHL) initiative which aims to extend to all the benefits of the knowledge that is essential to the fullest attainment of health. WPRIM will be deployed and hosted, along with the index medici of other WHO Regions, at the Global Index Medicus portal under the GHL platform, where searches can be conducted individually or simultaneously through a federated search engine.
