The College of Medicine envisions itself becoming a premier medical school in the country and in the Asia-Pacific region providing the highest quality medical education relevant to the needs of the people and responsive to advances in medical science and education.
Mission:
The UERMMMC College of Medicine shall be an internationally recognized center of excellence in medical education. It shall commit itself:
- To provide high quality education through a dynamic and innovative curriculum
- To provide an environment conducive to the intellectual, emotional and general well-being of the faculty, students and support staff
- To pursue relevant medical research of international standards
- To produce competent, compassionate, ethical and socially responsible physicians with a wholistic approach to health care
