Good evening, dear con-sultants and classmates! Sorry if I was late for this evening due to the variety of roles that I play in this life. Sorry.
|
I would like to take this opportunity to give due gratitude to my family, especially to my parents who were very supportive of me in achieving my dreams. Friends will deny a friend when rough times come, but one’s family will always be there no matter what happens.
Thank you to the people who shaped me into becoming a very strong person. I look forward to the responsibilities of becoming a doctor. I would enhance my skills by adapting the positive characteristics that our dear consultants exhibit. Thank you for the Patient-Doctor exposure that we had in your clinics. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and for sharing to us your techniques.
And for the rough times that I experienced in my medical school, I lift them all up to God. God knows best what to do with them. It is through God’s loving mercy that we will experience justice and equity. All of the things that we do should be for the Greater Glory of our Creator. Thank you Lord.
And as we all know, Jesus was born in a stable and He grew up to be our Savior. And it is apparent to us that most of our batchmates took the venue for this testimonial negatively; but I did not, because I believe that the new physicians in this testimonial will be of importance in the future. From simple things sprout great things. Thanks so much for this Testimonial night.
As I end this speech, I hope that my medical school experience would be able to inspire others to carry on despite whatever tough responsibilities they have in this lifetime. Never surrender nor give in to negative thoughts. Be positive with whatever you do. Do your job in this world well, love as if this is the last chance for you to love; and if ever you feel tired, just call on God and He will give you rest.
So let’s call this a night. Good night and have a restful sleep. |
