Reminders: Processing of Clearance ( Guidance & Counseling Office):

• After completing the form, you will get an email confirmation from the guidance and counseling office within 2-3 days.
• The email confirmation certifies that you are cleared in the guidance office.
• You need to present the confirmation email to the Registrar Office for you to process your clearance.
