1. Candidates for graduation or graduates (within 2 years from application) of a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strand from a recognized Senior High School.
2. Senior High School General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 90%, or its equivalent in foreign schools.
3. Must have taken the entrance examination administered by UERM Medical Center or a national college entrance exam administered by CEM in the absence of the former with results available before enrolment.
4. Of sound mind and physical health.

• Resident Filipino citizens
• Filipinos with dual citizenship, provided they have proof of residency for at least five (5) consecutive years in the Philippines

• Resident aliens
• Non-resident aliens
• Non-resident Filipinos (immigrants from another country)
• Filipino citizens who had their senior high school from a recognized higher-educational institutions outside the Philippines
• Foreign citizens with pending applications for dual citizenship or naturalization at the time of their application for admission to the Medical Center

1. Grade 11 Report Card (to be uploaded to the UERM Student Admission Portal)
2. PSA Birth Certificate (to be uploaded to the UERM Student Admission Portal)
3. 2×2 picture with white background (to be uploaded to the UERM Student Admission Portal)

Other Requisites
1. Students who have been accepted into the program must agree in writing to take and pass the NMAT before the end of the two-year program
2. A baccalaureate degree of BS Medical Sciences (BS MS) shall be awarded after the completion of the second year of preparatory to medicine.

1. All interested applicants must accomplish the online application form and upload the initial application requirements in the UERM Student Admission Portal

1.3 Choose the preferred program (ACCEL Med)
1.4 Click UERM Student Admission Portal
1.5 Enter full name and active email address to secure a reference number
1.6 Fill up the online application and upload the initial requirements.

2. The online application period is from November 10, 2025 (Monday) up to January 30, 2026 (Friday), 5:00 pm Philippine standard time.
3. Applicants who meet the preliminary qualifications will receive an email from Admissions detailing the payment instructions. Payments can be made at the UERM ePayments hub. 
4. Once payment has been verified, you’ll be given a date for your interview and entrance test.
5. Results will be posted at the UERM Applicant’s Portal.
