Minimum Qualifications for Admission

To be considered for admission as a freshman to any of our undergraduate degree programs, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Applicants must hold a senior high school diploma from a recognized educational institution.
  • Applicants must have graduated without issue prior to the start of the regular enrollment period.

Classification of Applicants

Local Applicants

  • Resident Filipino citizen
  • Filipino with dual citizenship [with recognition and proof of residency of at least five (5) consecutive years in the Philippines]

Foreign Applicants

  • Resident aliens
  • Non-resident aliens
  • Non-resident Filipinos (immigrants of another country)
  • Filipino citizens who obtained their senior high school diploma from recognized educational institutions outside the Philippines
  • Foreign citizens whose application for dual citizenship or naturalization are pending at the time of their application for admission to the Medical Center

For All Applicants

  1. Birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
  2. Grade 11 report card signed by the Principal or Registrar
  3. 2” x 2” ID picture
  4. True copy of grades issued by the previous school (for transferees and college graduates applying for a second degree)

Additional Requirements (For Foreign Applicants Only)

  1. One (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies of diploma or certificate of graduation with “Apostille”
  2. One (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies of official transcript of records with “Apostille”
  3. Six (6) original copies of accomplished Personal History Statement Form (Revised 1998) 
  4. One (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies of the notarized police clearance in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence
  5. Photocopy of the pages of the valid passport/s which shows the name, picture, birth date, and birth place of the applicant
  6. For resident aliens: One (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies of clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)
  7. Eight (8) pieces of 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag (in white background)

 

Application Process

  1. All interested applicants must accomplish the online application form and upload the initial application requirements in the UERM Student Admission Portal.
  2. The online application period is from November 4, 2024 (Monday) up to July 28, 2025 (Monday), 5:00 pm Philippine standard time.
  3.  Applicants may access the results of their application through the UERM Student Admission Portal on April 2025.  Local applicants will be notified via text message while foreign applicants will receive notifications via e-mail.
