Graduation Requirements

The candidate for graduation must be at least 21 years of age; of good moral character; shall have satisfied or complied with all the rules of the College, Commission on Higher Education and the Board of Medicine of the Professional Regulation Commission; shall have satisfactorily completed the 4-year course of medical study; AND SHALL HAVE SATISFACTORILY PASSED THE CLINICAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND THE COMPREHENSIVE WRITTEN DEPARTMENTAL SHIFTING EXAMINATION IN THE 4TH YEAR. ANY STUDENT WHO FAILS TO PASS THE WRITTEN DEPARTMENTAL SHIFTING EXAMINATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO REPEAT THIS EXAMINATION DURING THE NEXT AVAILABLE EXAMINATION TIME FOR THAT SUBJECT. In the meantime, these students may be allowed to observe and make use of facilities of the center while waiting for the next examination.
